•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to availability.
•	Rates are quoted for room only without breakfast.
•	Rate for buffet breakfast is at RM30.00 nett per person per meal.
•	A surcharge of RM60.00 per room per night is applicable during major events and international conferences held in Kuala Lumpur and from 22 December 2009 to 03 January 2010.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm

•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	We accept most major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 84 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
